ROW-MASTER RN

The ROW-MASTER RN is a universal inter-row cultivator designed for the disruption of the soil crust in maize, sunflower, sugar beet and other  row crops.

Massive frame with high clearance allows cultivation even of high crops.  Each working unit operates on a parallelogram linkage seated on silent blocks.  This unique maintenance-free design creates permanent down-pressure on the support wheel and improves the entry of working parts to the soil.

The machine may be equipped with the CultiCam device which can navigate the machine as early as from the first emergence of the crop.

Maintenance-free parallel linkage for the working units Self-guidance system with CultiCam guides the cultivator into rows Hydraulic folding of the cultivator side frames Cultivator frame clearance 80 cm Increased down pressure of the working units thanks to the working unit with working depth setting for the unit Support wheels for each wheels guide the cultivator through the crop Stabilising steel control System of hydraulic movement 3-point hitch of of the cultivator responding to the information received from CultiCam Adjustable inter-row distance of working units 45, 50, 60, 70, 75, 80 cm category II and III. silentblock seating of the units

WORKING SECTIONS WITH 5 SHARES PER WORKING UNIT

WORKING SECTIONS WITH CHISELS AND SHARES

WORKING SECTION WITH A CHISEL

We recommend using 150mm shares with 100% overlap for the first early spring inter-row soil loosening. Each working unit of the Row-Master RN is equipped with five working shares (150 mm). The shares are installed on flexible tines. This first operation removes the soil crust and provides basic weeding of rows. Weeds are pulled out of the ground and soil is shaken off from the roots, which makes the weeds wilt faster.

For the following cultivation, it is recommended to use the working section with three shares (150 mm) and two chisels (40 mm wide). The chisels are installed on the flexible tines. Later on in the growth phase, the soil is usually harder, therefore we recommend using three shares with two chisels instead of five shares. The soil is enriched with oxygen and it maintains moisture better.

When it comes to later loosening of soil that is heavier and where the crop is already established in the soil - such as corn, it is ideal to loosen soil deeper using the 60mm chisel with a mould board. The large chisel aerates the soil and even removes hard soil crusts.

Operating components working units with various equipment (5 pcs of 150 mm shares, 5 pcs of 40 mm chisels, 1 pcs of 60 mm chisel with a mouldboard)
Securing shares and chisels with spring steel tines
Accessories protective shield discs, single-row tine harrow, CultiCam self-guiding, lights, side-dressing (granular/liquid fertiliser)
Application inter-row cultivation
Working operations cultivation of inter-rows, elimination of the soil crust, weed growth control

A set consisting of the rear and front FERTI-TANK (capacity of 600 l and 500 l), in combination with a wide-row cultivator and ROW-MASTER RN, allows side-dressing of wide-row crops during the vegetation period.

Great variability in setting the
inter-row spacing 45, 50, 70,
75 and 80 cm.

Maintenance-free parallelogram linkage of units. The silent-block seating of the working units increases down-pressure on the soil.
